1 Eligibility and Account Registration

2 Account Verification (KYC)

kc7777 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") programme as part of its commitment to safe and responsible gaming. You may be required to provide one or more of the following documents at any stage of your membership:

• Government-issued photo identification (National ID card, passport, or driving licence).
• Proof of address issued within the last three months (utility bill, bank statement, or official government correspondence).

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payment Methods

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. kc7777 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will return and investigate any funds received from an unverified or third-party source. Withdrawal requests are processed within the timeframes displayed on the withdrawal page, subject to KYC verification being complete. kc7777 reserves the right to apply additional security checks to withdrawal requests that trigger risk-management criteria. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible.

kc7777 does not charge fees on deposits or standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which kc7777 accepts no liability.

4 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

kc7777 offers promotional bonuses including but not limited to: welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. All promotions are subject to specific terms published alongside each offer, which form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between promotional terms and these general Terms, the promotional terms shall prevail for the specific offer in question.

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, and expiry periods are stated on the individual promotion page.
• kc7777 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, except where a promotion is already in progress and a member has begun satisfying the wagering requirement.
• Multiple accounts, shared devices, shared IP addresses, and coordinated betting patterns may result in bonus eligibility being reviewed or revoked.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts and have no cash value until all wagering requirements are met in full.

5 Betting Rules and Game Conduct

All bets and wagers placed on the kc7777 platform are subject to the specific rules of the relevant product (sports betting, live casino, slot games, etc.). These product-level rules are published within the relevant section of the kc7777 platform and must be read in conjunction with these Terms.

• Once a bet has been confirmed and accepted by kc7777, it cannot be cancelled or amended by the member.
• kc7777 reserves the right to void bets placed on markets affected by proven match-fixing, corruption, or events declared void by the relevant governing body (ICC, BPL Governing Council, FIFA, etc.).
• In the event of a technical error, disconnection, or system failure during a live game session, kc7777's records of all transactions shall be conclusive and binding.
• Odds and prices are set at kc7777's discretion and may be updated at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds displayed at the moment a bet is confirmed and accepted are the binding odds for that wager.
• kc7777 may impose maximum stake limits on individual bets, on specific markets, or on individual accounts where risk-management criteria require it.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the kc7777 platform. A breach of this clause may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Arbitrage Betting: Systematically exploiting price differences between kc7777 and other platforms to guarantee profit regardless of outcome.
• Bonus Abuse: Opening multiple accounts, using shared addresses, or coordinating with other users to claim bonuses multiple times or in a manner inconsistent with the spirit of the promotion.
• Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, AI-driven betting tools, or any automated system to interact with the kc7777 platform without prior written authorisation.

• Underage Access: Registering an account while under 21 years of age, or allowing a person under 21 to use your account.

7 Account Suspension and Termination

kc7777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or of applicable product-level rules.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period following a formal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or prohibited activity.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute initiated by the member or their payment provider.
• A request received from a law enforcement or regulatory authority with jurisdiction over the member's activities.
• A self-exclusion request submitted by the member via the kc7777 responsible gaming tools.

Upon termination for cause, kc7777 may withhold the account balance pending investigation. Where a balance is confirmed as legitimately earned and not subject to any outstanding dispute, it will be returned to the member via the original deposit method following completion of the investigation.

8 Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the kc7777 platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any kc7777 content without prior written permission. The kc7777 name, logo, and all associated brand marks are the exclusive property of kc7777 and may not be used in any context without written authorisation.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, kc7777 and its directors, employees, agents, and content-provider partners shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the kc7777 platform.
• Interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the kc7777 platform due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond kc7777's reasonable control (including but not limited to telecommunications outages, natural disasters, and government action).
• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of odds, statistics, or scores displayed on the kc7777 platform.
• Losses arising from a member's failure to maintain the security of their kc7777 login credentials.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit kc7777's liability for death, personal injury, or fraud caused by kc7777's own gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

11 Privacy and Data Protection

12 Amendments to These Terms

kc7777 may amend these Terms at any time. Minor clarifications, typographical corrections, and non-material updates may be made without advance notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the date of the most recent revision. Your continued use of the kc7777 platform after the effective date of any change constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. kc7777 will make every reasonable effort to resolve member disputes informally in the first instance. 14 Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be deemed severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable product-level rules and promotional terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and kc7777 with respect to your use of the kc7777 platform and supersede all prior representations, agreements, and understandings.
